Project Input: Final Webinar EverLoNG – Onboard Carbon Capturing
Webinar Onboard Carbon Capturing is emerging to become an important element in the maritime green transition with several pilot projects being conducted and finalized in 2025.

Now, our EU project, Everlong, is coming to an end, and the main results will be presented in a Webinar on 13th March.
The project, led by the Dutch research organization TNO, has, among other activities, been testing and validating new carbon-capturing technologies onboard Heerema’s Heavy Lift vessel Sleipnir and one of Total Energie’s LNG Carriers.
The EverLoNG project aims to encourage the uptake of Onboard Carbon Capture (OCC) by demonstrating its use on board LNG-fuelled ships and moving it closer to market readiness.
This hybrid webinar will be hosted by MAN Energy Solutions in Augsburg, Germany, for project partners, and is available online to the public. The webinar will feature presentations from project partners discussing final project results and outcomes from the different work packages.
